Our purpose is to support the process of co-creating synergistic organizational cultures via professional development training and coaching using innovative, experiential approaches that allow for the discovery of adaptive, tailor-made, evidence-based approaches that are meaningful, mutually-benefitting, and evoke real-world change.

The Problem and Solution: Shifting to Synergistic Organizational Cultures
All organizations have experienced challenges that impede workplace synergy. The most immersive challenge ensues from dysregulation, as it impacts the separate levels (individuals and work units/ departments) as well as the whole system (organization). Dysregulation is the behavioral, cognitive, socioemotional, and neurophysiological patterning that inhibits our individual and collective human potential within the context of both career and life. Examples of dysregulation, in the career realm alone, can range from decreased productivity to employee conflicts to missing deadlines and being disengaged. At the organization-level, dysregulation can be expressed, for instance, as a high turnover rate, increased HR visits and healthcare expenditures, the mismanagement of resources, impaired growth, and economic restraints. Statistics on the economic stressors of dysregulation can be demonstrated via its various domains from a variety of sources. Within the context of health-related productivity losses, a recent analysis of the real-world stock market performance found that organizations investing in the development of synergistic work cultures (i.e., the pursuit of mind-body health and well-being) outperformed the market with a return on equity of 264% --whilst costing those who did not roughly $530 Billion. Clearly, dysregulation impacts us all.
Therefore, professional training and coaching that supports the development of synergistic work cultures is warranted. The formative stage of this process requires a strategy focusing on the origins of holistic health, happiness, and well-being to support the global functioning and potential of individuals. The chief aim is not to enforce change, yet rather adopt a strengths-based approach wherein opportunities to these multi-level, nuanced solutions are not only co-created amongst employees and employers but also infused with science-based strategies for adaptability and sustainability. One strategy of notable relevance is by supporting individuals’ self-efficacy for regulating oneself to adapt to the challenges and supports of both career and life –which is accomplished via career-life design and mastery experiences for skill development.
